You're losing me.  You sample is bias in one direction, but you're opinion is not subjective?  I've tried several Cuban sandwiches in both Miami and Tampa and my opinion (which is subjective by definition), is less valid?

this is why you split the difference and go with a media noche(google it if you must ) . also there's always going to be an inherent bias depending on if you are from one of those cities. My vote goes to Tampa and i've tried cubans in both, but only in the South Beach area of MIA.
