Never seen a Cuban with lettuce tomato etc. Pan con bistec is an entirely different story.

If any of you are ever driving up to the NC mountains, you go through Buford, GA on I-985 before it turns into US Hwy 23. On the GA 20 exit there is a place called Havana South that makes a FANTASTIC medianoche.

Still give props to JTrue for getting me to try the softer bread.

Havana South does it and does it and does it well.

I love the egg bread with a medianoche. It's a subtle difference, but oh so delicious.
