Why not just head to La Ideal on Tampa ave and have the worlds best pressed Cuban?

This was the best place for Cubans in Atlanta, Kool's Korner, close to GT. Now gone.

Places with a better Cuban: West Tampa Sandwich Shop, Aguila's, Arco Iris, Datz

You guys don't know how good you have it in Tampa, any of those choices for cubans are better than most of the rest of the US.

 

In ATL, the place I used to go was Little Cuba in Tucker. Great non-Tampa Cuban food, and it's still there slick.

If any of you are ever driving up to the NC mountains, you go through Buford, GA on I-985 before it turns into US Hwy 23.  On the GA 20 exit there is a place called Havana South that makes a FANTASTIC medianoche. 

 

Still give props to JTrue for getting me to try the softer bread.

It's off of Hillsborough by Al Looez park; it's by far my favorite Cuban spot in Tampa

Complete mom and pops/family run market with a hot food area

I love the egg bread with a medianoche. It's a subtle difference, but oh so delicious.

I disagree.  I have several Tampa Cubans and several Miami Cubans and I like Tampa Cubans better.
