I hope heads are rolling at the B&E office in Texas. This is an unacceptable use of $60,000.

The $60,000 already paid for itself when they discovered the Mansielyaro had fudged his resume.  Would have been way embarrassing to pay the guy over $1mil and find out later he is O'Liar.

Dave Rice has received a contract extension with UNLV through the 2018-19 season, per the school.

I know this is a very complex issue for you to grasp, but they need the applicant's permission to perform a background check.

 

No remotely intelligent person ever gives this permission until they have a job offer in hand.
