Delusion and idiocy.  The program is in far better shape than when Heath got here.  To get from where USF was to a consistent NCAA team takes years and lots of work.  We are headed in the right direction.  The worst thing USF could do right now is replace CSH.  Only an impatient fool would consider such an action.

We were just pissed on by UCF trash.  Yeah, Stan Heath is real good at coaching basketball!!  It's just like football where we rarely win at home.  Why even improve facilities if this is how the team sullies it in front of home crowds.  Ridiculous and anyone justifying it mentally deficient.

But not indefinitely, though. He should have 2 more years, get THE recruiting class through their Junior year and see how things stand at that point. I think having our greatest success deserves that much (I gave Gruden 5 years)   .... Problem for Stan, though, is the new AD may not fully appreciate the depths that USF basketball had to come up from to reach that 2011-12 pinnacle, much like the whiny "I want it NOW" generation some of our fans appear to come from.

I think it depends on when the new AD is hired.  If it is fairly close to the end of the BB season when there are good coaches available, it could get dicey for Stan.  I am a big Heath supporter and know that the team is building its foundation now.  A new AD is going to be brought in to make things happen, not just be looked upon to bring more of the same.  I think Stan should be on the hot seat for next year, but at least given next year for a big improvement.  However, this team is not really far away from being competitive in the top half of the league (for those reading comprehension challenged people among us, that just means they will compete, not necessarily be competing for a league championship).  Depending on when the new AD is hired and who it is, I can easily see a scenario where an AD comes in, makes an immediate change,the team improves next year and the new AD has something big to hang his hat on.
