awfully nice of you

I'm no T Boone Pickens, but if they announce a stadium I'll help with what little I can. My donations, as meager as they may be, will help more than your sarcastic comments will.

get over yourself and while you are at it-- get a freaking sense of humor

Y'all play nice.  However, the T-Boone analogy may not be so far fetched.  I used to work at Avila Golf and Country Club where the elite of Tampa live.  A for instance of the money still waiting to invest in Tampa: **** Corbett (who Corbett soccer stadium is named after on Campus) is a kook, but he's a kook that owns international mall and is married to a Vanderbilt.  Another for instance, Ed DeBartolo (former owner of 49ers) is doing nothing but throwing philanthropies these days.

I mean I know Woolard knows this stuff already, but **** the money seems so right for the picking if the right idea is presented.

One thing Judy G Is good at is fundraising, so who knows.

Great article on Colorado State's planned OCS. 40,000 seats, $225million

Ray Jay is the worst college gameday atmosphere I have experienced...really bottom of the barrel as far as the pageantry that makes college football what it is.

Didn't seem too bad back in 2007 when we were playing meaningful games against good teams. I would agree an on campus stadium would do wonders for the atmosphere, but if this team is winning the atmosphere is pretty good. Whether we have an on campus stadium or not the atmosphere will never be that of a UF or FSU so..

Last year, the FSU v. USF game had a pretty sweet atmosphere.

I do beleive it is time for a OCS. But again, to my knowledge, funding just isn't there.

Can't fundraise for it without announcing it. Gotta think there's too much red tape to make it viable, or Judy or the Board just doesn't want it for some reason.

USF needs an OCS

Colorado State facility looks amazing. I would easily get behind the Houston model too.

Hm.. you must not have tailgated at the right place. A lot of USF students and Greek had tailgates at the houses on Tampa Bay Blvd. Was awesome hanging out there early in the day. And I'm not quite sure which lot, but I believe it was north side, I could be wrong, was loaded with students pretty close to kickoff.

Maybe you picked the wrong place to tailgate, but for students it was a great time.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
