Looks like CuseNation assumed, like many do. Some Cuse fans accused Taggart of breaking the rules, which is silly.  What's also weird is watching Cuse fans begging this guy to come to Syracuse.  I'm sure we have a few fans that communicate with HS players, but I can't make myself plead to a 17-18 year old kid to come to USF.  I'm leaving that to Taggart & co.
