Texas A&M signed 32 players in 2013. So it looks like more than 25 or 28 is possible in some circumstances.

If I'm not mistaken, the early enrollees would have counted towards the previous year so the additions for 2013, if they all qualified, would be 24 ...

I am not sure that they actually enrolled all those kids. Probably had a couple not qualify and a couple others take gray shirts (meaning they deferred enrollment to next December).

I'm less concerned with who we sign and a lot more concerned with who makes it onto campus.
