Fau had 228 yards of offense. Its not the defense. The offense has given up 5 defensive touchdowns which have obviously deflated this team.

Lets see how bench does as the starter.

is certifiably brain dead.  There is absolutely NO WAY we should have lost to FAU at home.  The defense is trash under Bresnahan, fire him.  The offense is predictable and the offensive line coach should receive his walking papers.  Even Holtz could have gotten more out of these Bulls and beaten FAU at home. Taggart is nothing right now but hey, he's digging a hole to China and asking us to pay watching it.  Say what you will about smazza, but that SOB is making money while the rest of us tear up about the state of USF football.  Woolard should be fired tomorrow.  That's the ONLY way this season is going to be salvaged.  I'm talking with every high level donor I know to have Woolard gone from this University, he's not USF and he's ruined USF football.

Someone calling a defense trash that has given up a total of 28 points in the last 2 games while holding both teams under 300 total offensive yards I would call brain dead.  But what do i know, I'm just a silly fan willing to give a coach trying to rebuild a bad 3-9 team more than 3 games to prove themselves.  Silly me.  

 

Anyone justifying this loss is part of the problem at USF.  You aren't true fans, except of Taggart and Woolard.   When your defense can't stop the worst FBS offense at home, trust me boys, you've got serious defensive problems.  When you get 50+ scored on you by an FCS team, you've got defensive problems.  When you played one of the worst FBS offenses and didn't get scored on a ton, that means ZERO, which is close to your brain cell count.

 

Awww, Sally had to resort to the "not true fan" jab, ouch really hurt me there.  Rationality seems to be something that is obviously so beyond your comprehension that its not worth the back and forth beyond this (considering you have a lack of reading comprehension as well since at no point did i "justify" this loss, I'm sure this will fly right over your head as well).  Have fun pissing and moaning and ignoring actual facts and stats, cause thats what "true fans" do.

Actually I do contribute and if going to a game meant sitting by you, I'll pass. I accept that college programs go in cycles, its like accepting that summer ends or people die or any other thing that happens and you can't do jack about it. The program will be fixed. It won't happen in a season. Anyone who UNDERSTANDS THE HISTORY OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL KNOWS THIS.

I don't go to home games.  I live 500 miles away and have two small children, so I don't go to nearly as many games as I'd like to.  Glad to see your internet tough guy persona is out though, wanting to tackle all those "problems" USF has.

You don't have to act like a 13 year old school girl to not accept "mediocrity".  I'm pretty sure none of us accept this, but some of us actually have working brain cells and are capable of looking at this situation for what it is.  Firing more coaches, acting like fools on a message board, etc... is not going to change the talent level on this team.  Only time and patience will do that.

Fact #1, we got our asses kicked at home by the one of the worst teams in FBS and an FCS team so far this year.  Please apply your wonderful color commentary on that one to make it all acceptable to us who think otherwise.

When we beat Miami years ago, those players were Leavitt's.. and then they can't score without BJ before they fired Holtz..

Please be patience with our new head coach.

We will win at least one game this season.. maybe Conn.. maybe ucf lol..
