Jameis Winston is a **** good QB and he's a redshirt freshman.

Someday maybe we will have talent like that.

We had one. He is red shirting behind a sophomore and a freshman at ucla. Might never see the field and he could have been a home town savior...

Pitty...party of one please.

:wtf:   :roflmao: AW has nowhere near the talent level of Winston.

He is holding the clipboard in San Fran.

Jameis Winston could be the next great college QB and bring some National Titles back to FSU. Hope he pulls a Charlie Ward, wins the Heisman and a title and comes out early so USF doesn't have to play him :GoBulls:

He has played one game seriously?

Did you watch the game? He is a redshirt freshman and in his first start he put on a clinic. He is one of the most talented QB's in college atm. If he continues to progress and get better while not making mistakes, FSU should be in contention for annual BCS bowls and presumably some National Titles in the next few years. He was the #1 QB recruit for a reason. Guy is straight beast.

He played almost perfectly in that one game.  Probably better than Johnny Football did in his first game (no, I haven't compared the stats) but deters said the word "could."  He's not alone in thinking that, by any stretch.

Well I'm not saying he won't turn out to be amazing but I'll wait a few games to see if he is consistent.

Daniels came in and looked fantastic against FSU in his first start but, for reasons we all know well, he never reached his full potential.

Also Johnny football only played for about 25 minutes but had 75% completion, 6/8, with 3 TD passes vs Rice, very efficient. But, you can't really make a fair comparison considering playing time and the opponents.

I'm glad for FSU that they may have a championship QB but we'll have to wait and see. Heisman usually comes out nowhere and wasn't in preseason watch so maybe he is the guy this year.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
