Brion Carnes to transfer

No interest in this kid. Most of the schools that offered him would not promise that he would be at QB, and he has obviously proved those schools right. Also have heard horrible stories about this kid's attitude from those in the know.

I guess we should call it the AW Syndrome...  don't mind if he comes  but not sure on a schollie...I have a much better feeling about Clint....

 

As a side note it appears the word is out "USF IN NEED OF A STARTING QB) and someone better qualified recruit will probably come along...I don't want to spend anymore time in the "Holtz Hole" then we have to...A mediocre transfer will just delay climbing out of the hole..

How many times have we heard this story. FL player gets an offer from a big out of state program and they go there, dont fit, and all along could have made an impact right here close to home

1-AA or bust if he wants a scholly.  Stupid to tie up a scholly for 2 years and only get one eligible year out of him, as others have said.

Agreed. 2 years of scholarship for 1 year of play is a waste.

I checked his history (write up)...#7 nationally ranked at QB  when graduating from HS ..then nothing....He chose to become a wide receiver per write up .  He played in 3 games 2011 and 1 in 2012...
