I'd be happy to see him make that $ if we win a NC

There is a lot more to this job then picking a football coach...

If he was smart enough to let Skip go and hire Willie (i know we have not played yet) he has my support..

You seem to have forgotten the little detail of a $2.5 million raise to Skip months before he was fired. He may be smart but let's not act like he's Jeremy Foley or anything.

No I have not forgotten..I believe that was gefore the first game last year...So he bought Skip"s  BS and at the end he realised and cut the string.

I have no problem giving a new coach time---up to 3 years..Hire assistants and get your vision implimented. But At least he realized his mistake and made the right decissision...Not saying Skip is bad. IMO he  just did not fit our program given our unique conditions...

Pitchforks would have pursued Woolard had he not fired Skip. Much like a baseball GM, he had to fire the manager to save his own hide. It's a pattern.

Judy's job would never come in to play because of AD performance. We're not that kind of school, and, history supports that.

I hope so..Never is only correct if it never occurs...There is a lot of money in sports....

I Never would have imagined in the 60"s  that  most of the worlds 10 largest banks (capital/assets) would  be in Asia...Not the US..

.Or that Crysler or GM would go thru bankruptcy/restructuring

In my own convoluted way I was trying to point out  results matter and COE's are replaced/fired  by their superiors when they do not bring desired results-Solvency  Profit

Loss of attendence/money got Holtz replaced not  wins or losses

The Bucs when owned by Hugh Culverhouse lost year after year..The team made money by training draft picks...

Be at the bottom and get top draft pick...Train and sell Their Business Model....

I'd be careful comparing the performance and operation of a university to a competitive corporate entity.
