If he were to achieve the max bonus, I'm pretty sure everyone around here, Tampa and the entire state of Florida would be begging to erect statues of Woolard.

Good statement, you're probably right, at least about the USF community.

I would take anything at Voodoofive that relates to Woolard with a grain of salt. Not sure exactly, but I think one or a couple of the guys over there used to work for Doug and there is a definite ant-Woolard sentiment there.

Honestly, I don't find anything wrong with the Anti-Woolard sentiment over there; if someone has a soapbox to talk about his experiences, it should certainly be someone that worked alongside Woolard for a period of time. As long as one realizes that it's a blog, and not gospel or even journalism, then I think all is good. The fellas at V5 do a fantastic job.

That maximum compensation part is looking at a scenario where every USF team wins a national championship. Woolard has every incentive that every one of his coaches has. It's more likely that he would get $100,000-$200,000 in total bonuses in a given year, rather than nearly $2-million. Just saying ...

There you go throwing rational thoughts into this forum again.  When will you learn?

Give it a rest....If this then if is and if...Cut the crap

Give me an actual bonus paid out and I might take this a little more serious...

Our AD has much more pressing issues..like conference issues...

Solve that problem for USF and I am sure you would be hired on the spot and given a bonus..

Go Bulls

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
