Seriously can't understand how this isn't a mainstay in our football program.  I am all for War Flamingo and I actually find it pretty sad its not pushed more by our fans.  One of our few claims to a tradition what do you guys think?

That's it!  I think you nailed it!  The lack of acceptance of "War Flamingo" is 100% to blame for the entire downfall of USF athletics over the last few years.  Also probably why we have been squeezed out by re-alignment.

Probably because we are not the USF Flamingos. It was done to mock the War Eagle of Auburn, where it made sense.

Bring some inflataBULL (like how I did that?) Bulls and start up the WAR BULL

We're torn between "War Flamingo" and a miniature Brahman. Discussions, although mostly classified in nature, are still being held at the highest levels of the university.

Once the decision to announce has been made, it's only a matter of time - probably minutes - before those cherished calls from the ACC or B1G start rolling in. War Flamingo...the crowning jewel in USF athletics. Now, about doing "The Wave"...
