Swanson was on campus today. Still no commitment, but he should have test scores from the weekend in next day or two ...

@gregauman: Another twist: Lake Gibson FB Kennard Swanson took an unofficial visit Thursday to UCF, coach Keith DeMyer says. Still considering USF also.

@gregauman: DeMyer said Monday that UCF had stopped recruiting Swanson after he had bumped a scheduled UCF visit to visit USF instead. Now back on him.

Something smells fishy about DeMyer. Frankly, if a potential coach is a whiny b**** like this, I wouldn't want to play for him. Makes me wonder if these quotes are legit (not questionong the journalist, but the context and intended audience for the comments) and how he would have explained them to Swanson if Swanson got wind of them.

I don't think there's anything fishy about DeMyer. To me it just sounds like C. Florida was a little butthurt that they got bumped for us...then got over it really fast when they realized they still wanted him and he didn't commit to us on the spot Monday.

Fickle maybe, but I think they merely bounced him form a OV to unoffficial. Saving an OV.

 

If UF/LSU passed for the nations #2 FB...makes you wonder. Maybe time will tell.
