is anyone driving from Chicago? Out Friday back Sunday morning?  I was going to rent a car but seeing if there are people from Chicago already driving that I could jump in with! :)

 

I am leaving from Chicago, but I don't know if it will be Thursday or Friday. Coming back Sunday. A buddy of mine has a car that uh, should be working... :mellow:

We are in for the official USF tailgate.  Four of us going.  Our ticket #'s ended at 58.  So I'm guessing that is the # going as of yesterday when we signed up.

Are you talking about the $35 one for brunch?

honestly I have not put the usual effort into scouting out the trip so not sure if there is or not.  I have been slammed since we got back from Peru.  Hoping to secure tickets and plans tonight.

We decided not to do the USF tailgate. I was really hoping it would be outside on campus somewhere, not at a pizza place east of campus. Hopefully it's a nice day out!

We had hoped to tailgate with our friend who is a MSU grad.  But they've screwed around with the parking for their donors and the guy's wife, who usually does the tailgate planning, isn't going to this game.  Since there were no definite plans on their part we decided to go the safe route and do the planned USF event.

I spoke with a friend last night who is a law student at MSU and they have an all you can eat and drink tailgate so I may do that, as I want to be outside as well.  Hopefully we get a cold front this week and have some nice cool fall weather.  Most of you do not get to experience that weather, I will say you can literally feel it is football season up here in the fall.  One of the few good things...

That sounds awesome. The tailgate part is what we're still brainstorming on. Luckily our hotel is right next to campus if we need to run back and get anything.
