take it FWIW but my cousin on the team(plays Offense) said we are looking at Florida's LB coach as a potential DC.

edit: had to look him up, DJ Durkin http://www.gatorzone...ll/staff/durkin would be kind of a stretch to me since he's never been a DC before and honestly don't know what kind of recruiter he is, but seems like him and Taggart crossed paths at Stanford.

Durkin is one of the top recruiters in the state.... and he's looking to move to a DC position... would make alot of sense.

i really like durkin..kind of up and comer you take a risk on. He would be great for recruiting and would be doing it not for the money but to make a name for himself. That is really what is important at this point. He would be learning on the curve as well and more money means more responsibility and that all weighs on you. It is a good first spot for DC. He also wouldnt have to move very far. Its very logical. I would be very pleased with the hire.

From a recruiting standpoint a no brainer. All depends on what he brings to the table from a DC standpoint. The linebackers at UF seems to be pretty good. I think I would be happy with the hire. I believe in CWT, so if he is good enough for him, then he is good enough for me.
