Just hope DW made the funds available to hire some really good coordinators. If he is serious about this hire and where this program wants to go, he will have done so.

Great recruiter, average gameday coach.

and if you think this is a racist comment, i challenge you to prove to me his back to back 7-5 records lead to anything otherwise. as someone said earlier, he is just too UNPROVEN, which is why this hire makes me mad. DW had a chance to right the ship and knock it out of the park, with someone like Butch Davis, who has proven to assemble national championship florida programs as well as winning BCS games (sugar bowl). at the very least, would have assembled a solid coaching staff.

instead, we are stuck with a Skip Holtz-like hire.
