The charges were dropped, but that doesn't mean he wasn't guilty of the theft.

it pretty much does. unless u have evidence to the contrary... ?

Found guilty in a court of law is far different than whether or not you are guilty of committing the crime.

Hope the kid gets it straightened out.

The most gifted WR we ever had here, Johnnie Peyton, was thrown off the team and pissed away his scholarship then I believe he went to jail for a bit. I remember seeing an article about him a couple of years ago.
