if he had a prior clean history there should be no punishment until criminal case is over

some girls like to be slapped around from time to time maybe this time she just wanted to jam him up

i hope they allow this kid to defend himself in court and have a verdict rendered by a jury of his peers before they shitcan the guy.

unfortunately that's not how it works nowadays. if u catch a charge you're gone, even if a few months down the line you're found "not guilty."

When Duval got arrested earlier this year, he was suspended until the charge was dropped, then let back on the team.

Now this is a bit more serious than his charge, so I doubt that will happen
