We need to hire a hire a guy that's gonna give us our defensive identity back. a defense that will actually put some fear into the opponents, instead of "titty rubbin" each other like my coach used to say.

Randy Shannon could pay huge dividends in recruiting Florida. He's a defensive guy. I'd take that.

I like the 49ers LB coach for DC.

Wally Burnham out of ISU would be awesome. He makes about $275K at ISU so he's even got a realistic salary range.

Why not Rick Kravitz?!? Coach K is working High School right now a would be a easy pick up. It would also be a plus to have someone that was here when things were rolling.

Its hard to find someone who is already DC to be USF DC.. I'd USF to find the best DC to be USF head coach. Like Ala or LSU's DC?

USF couldn't afford Kirby Smart. He's making 850k a year...

Bring him on as HC??

Why not although I'm not sure why he'd ever leave Alabama. Makes almost a million a season and gets to work with a semi-pro roster on a regular basis against college teams.
