Once the line is established, the line changes based on how many people bet. Vegas wants 50% to bet on each team. So this says that people started betting more on USF to cover, so the line moves up to try and even it out. Has nothing, well little, to do with any news coming out. It's all about how the general public bets.

Hopefully us Bulls fans are just overrating Rutgers because our bad history against them. I doubt many of our players remember the devastating losses we've had to Rutgers besides last year.
