I disagree. He abandoned the run game in the second half. Especially in the 3rd quarter when the defense needed it after the Lamar touchdown. USF can not afford to give up on the run. Our O-Line should be able to wear to wear teams down.

normally I would agree but I think Nevada adjusted to our running attack, leaving the secondary vulnerable.

by that point, our D was already as worn thin as was going to happen. And we really needed to gets points fast.

It's a fine line-- but let's just agree that we did enough to get er done.

Props to Fitch and co. for the game plan of testing the Wolf Pack deep most of the game. But you HAVE to give props to B.J, especially for that 4th qtr - 225 yards passing that qtr, alone.

I like the fact that the Bulls employed the Pistol against Nevada and looked to take advantage of Nevada's man coverage since they were loading the box to stop the run.

At 31-20 what were the other options? In hindsight, missing the 2 point conversion forced us to stay aggressive. Had we made it, I am 99% certain we play for the game tying fg.
