Not saying I don't want him here but apparently he misjudged QB Friday. I am pretty sure we have room for another QB in this class, but with the movement today, windows will be closing soon. If Sean White or one of our other QB prospects commit, CL might get left in the cold at USF. Tennessee is prolly getting a bit desperate, they are gonna be looking to pull someone off the board since they missed on Cornwell.

 

South Florida also got big news on the quarterback recruiting front Friday (perhaps because of Alabama taking Cornwell) as four-star signal caller Quinton Flowers (Miami, Fla./Jackson) pledged to the Bulls on Friday afternoon. Jackson has an excellent arm and sterling athleticism. There is little doubt he has the potential to be special and is the No. 3 dual-threat quarterback in the 2014 class according to 247Composite.

The Bulls now have a top 50 class, moving to No. 46 in the 247Sports team rankings.

Don't quit your day job. Pretty sure both Litton and Ironside are better than any QB USF fielded in 2013.

Two different styles of play right there. We need a Pro-Style QB in this class, hope Litton is our guy.

Hopefully Litton isn't scared of competition he would still be a great get in this class. There's still a chance Flowers ends up at another position once things are all said and done. Most of his elite offers are as an athlete.

I would guess that Litton is mostly concerned that USF might only take one QB in the class.   If that's the case, USF is no longer an option even if he is still interested.  I would imagine he'll talk to the coaches very soon and we'll know if USF drops off his list.

Did it occur to you that Taggart won't take 15 commits at the QB position?  Maybe he was legitimately concerned he would no longer have a USF offer.  Or do you have the ability to read the minds of 17 year old kids you've never even met or talked to?
