Which is exactly why you don't draw this process out until NSD... no one to blame but himself.

 

The coaching staff should let him know of a time limit.   It sounds like they changed their mind and signed more defensive players than they were going to at first, and didn't have the spot for OLine.  That's on the staff.

Kid still has options, including US! Hope he comes on board and kills it for us.

Im thinking UM may have sorted through some of these ncaa mess of an investigation and anticipating some scholarship loss. I can't imagine they'd just stop courting Kirkland so late in the game like that

Nobody here knows what happened UM and Denver prolly aren't quite sure. We kept our powder dry and let a few kids who would never see the  field off the hook and we are smart for being new studs in the recruiting game. This is gonna change things.

It was reported that Denver's mother was told after some parade that Miami had given out more defensive scholly's than anticipated and therefore no longer had a scholly for OLine/Denver.  But you are right that we have seen that what the parent thinks they heard isn't always 100% correct.
