Trip, I don't want to speak for everybody, but I think USF has been out of it for a while... Instead of notifying the staff, he just seems to be delaying the inevitable. His dad has been a HUGE part of the recruiting process. I just feel like this could be a toxic situation for some team.

Looks like Asiantii is down to two schools - and we aren't one of them.

I'm so over this kid. Other than winning Elite 11 nothing has impressed me about him.

I wonder what kind of interest he would have were he never invited as he barely made the cut.

Wasn't USF his only offer at the time?

He would be a division 2 QB at best. Just above 50% completion percentage with 14 TDs and 10 INTs does not scream elite QB. And this is at a high school level of competition. The Elite 11 just tells me he would be decent at flag football. Now Mike White had almost 70% CP, 22 TDs to only 2 INTs. That is a LOT more impressive!

I love all the talent evaluators on here that know more than coaches that have been in coaching for twenty years.

Um, the staff has been linked to several other QBs.  If he was stringing USF along, do you really think the staff would be visiting so many other QBs?  I don't think so.

Do we know the communication that's taken place between the Woulards and USF? And remember, AW liked this place enough to commit to it twice. He may have been finding it hard to just cut the strings completely ... Nobody knows what's really going on with him but him. Personally, if it's not here, I hope it's Clemson rather than to that douchebag Mora.

So does that mean you're buying in to the hype? A lot of schools go by star ratings rather than actual talent. Nothing I've read or seen has impressed me with this kid other than elite 11. It doesn't seem like Taggart is making much of a push for him either... So keep rolling on the floor laughing. Some are easily amused...

Want somebody hungry, who's going to bust his every day on the weights and the film

 

Somebody who'd going to bleed grren and gold for 5 years, then come back and watch games and maybe help out in recruiting or coaching.
