UK has two young freshman QBs

not sure if one of them redshirted.

USF still has a far better QB situation if early playing time is his priority.

I was wondering about the qb situation there ... but they're still not Stoops's qb's though.

Sounds like he just figured out that he can wait until signing day and get a spot on the ESPN spotlight to announce.

ESPN would love it if he announces for NCSU or an SEC team, conferences the mothership has TV deals with.
