If you read the twitter convo, he and Jeff Badet have a bet going that Badet knows where Woulard is going. But Badet wants to change schools on the bet now. He also seems to be solidifying his original tweet that he will announce on Jan 5th.

Not how I read the exchange... Badet clearly thinks Asiantii is going USF but is saying HE wants to change schools - see last tweet in the convo.

Joking aside I can understand his two decommits and being spooked by the bad season and them the firing of Holtz.

I think he wants to come here but is just uncertain about USFs future. I think there is still a good chance he makes a triple commitment to USF and Taggart wins him over with some of the other recruits. He will be welcomed.

During a dead period, coaches cannot:

• Make in-person recruiting contacts
  
• Conduct in-person evaluations -- on or off-campus
  
• Schedule official campus visits
  
• Allow unofficial campus visits
  
• Offer complimentary tickets to games
  

The only permissible communications during a dead period are phone calls (limited by NCAA regulations to one call per week) and correspondence.
