It seems apparently that USF is not at the top of his list anymore. But I also don't know if the schools he wants will also want him when all is said and done. Or if the fact that they have a deeper depth chart will ultimately become a factor again. In the meantime, it would appear he has not dismissed USF. QB is always tough because of the numbers. If you are a WR or DL you can get on the field at multiple positions or even certain packages. At QB it is generally all or nothing, so the chairs are much more musical.

My hunch is NC State. I hope I am wrong. You would think he would love to throw the ball to Davis and Price every week. He would have some good weapons

NC State is the red headed (literally) step child of North Carolina Football, and that isnt saying much. Would hate to see him waste his talent there.
