since the composite takes into account all of the services, wouldn't rivals raising his ranking be the reason for the bump?

I can't think of too many UF targets posting a picture of himself stomping on a Gator shirt. Really shows his level of maturity. Let him enjoy the abyss that is USF and Big East football.

That gator thread starts with a couple of guys getting on Woulard, but for the most part they see his high potential. It's pretty mild considering the gator sweater stomping photo.
