Vega, Crater tries to attack, but he stops if the lane closes. He needs to be more assertive, especially in this league.

Glad I recorded this one. Was switching back and forth for fear of jinxing them.  Will watch in entirety tomorrow.  Can't believe we finally got a win in the BE tournament.  And can't believe I didn't jinx them on that last possession.

H-I-S-T-O-R-Y

Pretty sure this is the second win. Didn't we win our first game in '08 too?

Who do we get tomorrow? And what time? And did we just knock Nova out of the Big Dance?

This is USF's second-ever Big East Tournament win. Actually, last year's win against DePaul was also on March 9. USF is 2-0 all-time on March 9 in Big East tournament games. Now if only they'd schedule the entire tournament on the opening day.

I told my wife I wanted to watch the BB game tonight -- we're out of town and it was on ESPNU, as you all surely know.  I explained that it was surely the last game of the season.  I'd have bet on it.  Now, who know, maybe we can challenge Cinc tomorrow.

In the grand scheme this win means nothing

I disagree. For someone like Crater this could be a huge boost for him.

Well actually it's been said before, Crater is good enough when allowed to attack. He most certainly is good enough to make an uncontested layup. The confidence boost for Crater, Robertson, and Poland will come if Heath(yes he will be back I'm afraid) allows them to be aggressive and every analyst and former player has stated all year.

Yes he signed his LOI already. He could get out of it and not have to sit out if he doesn't enroll there. There has been no indication Larkin will ask out of his letter to my knowledge.

i watched him beat up on my high school (Wharton) the other day... hes pretty **** good.
