Ex-Bull heading to Mercer

Former USF point guard Montavious Waters, who left the Bulls in the second week of the season, said he is transferring to Mercer. Waters, a freshman listed in the media guide as USF's "point guard of the future," played six minutes in one game. He will be eligible to play for Mercer in December 2005. The school is about 45 minutes from his Albany, Ga., home, and Waters reiterated that he left USF because of "personal problems" that had nothing to do with basketball or USF.

Basketball... don't be blaming Mac for not telling us anything... that info is completely up to Montavious... it is private personal info.  It was Waters' choice to not tell us and I applaud Mac for allowing M.W. to tell us when he was ready.

Yeah we do.  After attending the UTA game it was clear that our team is very capable, and plays sound basketball.  Probably going to struggle to go .500 this year, but they will be far more competitive in C-USA play.  Mark my words that they make the conference tourney this year.

Another Robert Mccullum casualty.  What a shame.  Kid was the real deal.  Try making your players feel as if they belong and are part of a family, Robert, instead of continuously alienating them.
