What kind of year will Mo Plancher have?

What are you expecting out of Mo Plancher this year.

Will he increase last year's 500+ yards and be the man.  Will he get 800, 900, or even 1000 yds.

Will he be about as effective as last year, a servicable back, rotating out with other backs.

Or will he get lost in the shuffle, falling behind other backs like Mike Hayes.

What are you expecting and/or hoping to get out of Mo this year?

If he stays healthy, I'd assume he will remain the starter.  After all, who else is there to turn to?

I'd be very surprised to see him exceed the 3.5 YPC average vs. our scheduled opponents.  We're facing some pretty stout run defenses this season.  At 10-15 carries per game average, 12 games it'd be reasonable to see a 500-700 yard season from him.  IF he stays healthy... that's also a big if.

Without any WRs with significant game experience and a gaping hole at the RB position, don't be surprised if BJ and his scrambling ability doesn't lead rushing again (at least until the Freshmen an start to gel).

Del - why do you say that ?  QB with another year of experience,OL loaded with seniors and more depth and we were 8-5 last year.  I know he isn't going to change into Barry Sanders but another year of weights,training, etc I just don't see the down side.  We should be better on offense and thats what counts.
