Can't leave ol' Bo Jackson off the list!

We sure got a lot of entertainment out of him when the Bucs tried to draft him. I can still picture the headline, in a 5" font:

"Bo to Bucs, Now You Have Nothing!"

(meaning, no player AND no draft pick, what a waste of a draft pick)

They are only offering their OPINION.  If they (you) can't handle the fact that others will differ with it, they are in the wrong business.  That's my opinion.

I'm sure that writers and reporters don't get upset when they write an editorial or opinion based piece and people complain about it.

I just simply think that you, time and time again, go out of your way to make a negative comment about the media whenever you get the chance and it often adds absolutely nothing to the actual thread.  you clearly have some unspoken about grudge.  it doesn't upset me but i will point it out when i see it.  thats my opinion.

you do the same things that you ban people here for doing.  your unnecessary, shallow little jabs just are not anti-USF related.

and yes, a top 20 most entertaining athletes is a crazy list and everyone will have a different list but again, i think it was focused on letting readers know that we have one of the most electric and exciting players to ever play in MLB and he has been here for 8 years now but now that he is on verge of leaving people are starting to realize what we've had all along.

as for attn #'s....i think it is ANY media outlets best interest to help drive attention and attendance to local sporting events.  especially when the lack of attendance could cause a major sports team to leave town in the not so distant future.

The list loses all credibility by having BJ Upton on it...unless swinging and missing or loafing around the field are considered entertainment.

Thanks for the scolding Matt.  Despite your being wrong on some of it, I hope it makes you feel better.

I guess years of reading McMurphy's lies has jaded me.

IMO, the only entertaining person ever in baseball was maybe Pete Rose. Oh, and of course the San Diego Chicken.

Baseball is BORING to watch, how can a baseball player make #1 on a most entertaining list???!??!

Especially one that doesn't even include Hulk Hogan.

Great idea, lame execution.

I thought DeAndrew Rubin was the most exciting player at USF. Every time he touched the ball I expected he would score a TD. LOL

Voodoo Five has a nice write-up on him today.
