We just need to sign a 2-2 with UCF for 2011 and 2013... the Big East is not expanding anytime soon and until they do the Bulls are stuck scraping the barrel for an extra home game.

Therein lies the problem. UCF wouldn't accept a 1 game deal to play here. 

Offer them a 2-for-1 then.  They are a non-BCS school and don't deserve a 1-for-1.

UCF and South Carolina just agreed to 1-1 home and home. No way UCF would accept a 2-1 deal w/ USF, only a school like Texas would get that treatment.

Pretty sure it's already been posted that UCF has a completed schedule for 2011.

Certainly would not agree with a 2 for 2, unless both Orlando games are in the Citrus Bowl.

I was reading an article today about whether WVU will renew their series with Marshall. There was a cryptic mention of USF possibly playing MU in the future:

"Marshall also has had or will have home-and-home with Big East members Cincinnati and Louisville (and perhaps USF not too far down the road)."

Perhaps, we have been talking with Marshall. I don't know if they have an opening in 2011. I'm sure Doc Holiday would LOVE having another game in Florida for recruiting purposes. I would be in favor of a 3-2 in our favor against MU and/or UCF. That seems fair to me, since both of those teams gain more by playing us than we do by playing them.

I'm too lazy to look up the schedules, but Auburn or Georgia or Georgia Tech would be good.  I agree with notching up the calibre of our competition.  Formulae are not laws.  I would like a state on our border as I don't want to help other teams to recruit in our backyard and I could drive to these games.

Schedule for this season has only been set for a few weeks, expecting next years schedule is a tad unreasonable at this point.

I see ECU in our very near future. And unfortunately - UCF again too. Only thing about UCF (besides the smack talking, and having to uphold our undefeated record) is that their stadium is so small that most USF fans will not be getting tix.
