We did not have that much talent that year.  Will Mcdonald was a large piece of garbage that season.  Swift was an undersized, inexperienced player, Reggie was a good shooter and smart, but let's be honest, not much else there.  Morris could not score, we all know JB had no basketball talent.  All in all Seth got a bunch of streetballers to 19 wins...2 more wins that year and we would've danced.

I dunno. It's easy to make the case that an eight-man rotation of BB Waldon, Altron Jackson, Reggie Kohn, Will McDonald, Jimmy Baxter, Terrence Leather, Briant Swift, and Marlyn Bryant all playing their best injury-free basketball, would have been tough to beat.

Leather, Swift and Bryant were still very raw that year and prone to mistakes. Baxter, while solid was prone to streaky play and although we saw flashes of greatness he was never a consistent performer.

I always thought Seth should've utilized Big Softy more than he did, especially trying to develop him more as a Junior.

Kelvin Brown was a pure basketball talent equal or greater than BB Waldon - too bad for us he didn't pan out as a collegiate player.
