USF Ticket Allotment Info...

I'm thinking you are going to be good.  From what I've been told there are only about 60 or so Iron Bull donors.  If you figure all of them are in the top 100 Priority Points, my guess should be close.  Again, from what I've been told they are the only ones getting 4 tickets.  We had been thinking of making another $5k donation but I wanted assurance I would get 4 tickets.  I was politely told "can't guarantee it" and that "we want to get tickets to as many season ticket holders as possible". 

I wonder what they are doing with the other 3k tickets.  Band - 300, players families - 250?, coaches families - 100?.  Administrators and families 200?  Even if you double those numbers for families that should only be about 1.5K.  But they must be spoken for if they are willing to turn down $5K.

That was my point to them.  I can go ahead and buy seats on StubHub or wherever but would rather make the donation (something we will do over 5 years now instead of one shot for the row at the baseball stadium) and buy seats in the USF section. 

I believe their thinking is that they have people giving $5K per year every year for the Silver Bull level (or whatever it is called up that high) and they are only getting 2 tickets.

I have 810 loyalty points and i dunno what i'm ranked but I know i'm safe to get tix. When i asked @usffootball on Twitter about they're giving tix they said similar to FSU. for that, students had to get in line at sun dome monday or tuesday around 8 am before game. I remember getting there hour early and was first 3 or 4 in line. i just dunno how early i will this time

As mentioned already, 3K for Athletics out of the 6K total seems awfully high. I would imagine that would include probably 1K made available for the students to purchase. I believe Greg was taking a guess at 3K available or he was also assuming 1K for students out of it.

Athletics 3K Total

Band/Cheerleaders  = 400

Team Family 100players x4 = 400

Coach/Admin - Family = 400

Misc / Extremely High Donors = 400

Students = 1400

Season Ticket Holders 3K Total

Last year it was reported close to a 100 iron bulls 4x100 = 400

Leaves 2600 / 2 per donor = 1300 top

Conservatively you could multiply that by 1.25 as maybe 75% of those donors actually wanted tickets and applied (some donors only like basketball or do not want to travel to G-ville).

Since they only allowed 2 tickets per, it is probably safe to say if you are ranked 1600 or better in priority points level, you should get tickets. If not, someone should ask for an accounting disclosure.
