He was undermining and talking crap about BJ Daniels from the get go

Good reason not to give him a schollie.

- long before he descended into the depths of pitiful uselessness and took aim at his head coach - of course at the urging of his reporter friend.

Speculation.

No.

We're talking about two different people.

And the supposed greatest player ever ought to be scratched from the record books.  Maybe not really, but all his adoring fans should know what a weasel he is and how unsupportive of the team he truly was.

I guess I am out of the loop on this whole issue, but are you talking about a QB who just graduated?

yes

Ok, I'm caught up, I think.

I am rather tired of the whole consipiracy by a bunch of players to get rid of Leavitt, though.

Let's assume for a moment that this fantasy is true.  It was all a grand conspiracy.  If there was this grand conspiracy, it still falls on Leavitt.  He brought the players in.  He raised 'em.  He couldn't handle 'em.  Then he tried to conspire against the conspiracy.  It all goes back to Leavitt any way you look at it.  He was hardly an innocent teenager seduced by an evil adult.  He was paid huge money to run a football program.  If you're being paid CEO money, you better know how to run an organization without creating a mutiny.

not sure why this would matter.  This is, by the way, a message board.  basically they were built for speculation
