Jones will attend the Las Vegas summer league starting July 9. He'll be there with Beaubois, and Carlisle said he didn't consider the drafting of Jones to have any impact on Beaubois.

Beaubois played shooting guard and point guard last season but is expected to concentrate mostly on point guard in the summer league and when he plays for France in the World Championships.

As for any competition between the two guards, it was lost on Jones. When asked what he knew of Beaubois, he said: "Who?"

If it pays off for USF that is great.  For him, and the ME attitude, and the disrespect he threw our way, I have no care if he is a success or a failure.  He is no longer  a Bull.  I am sure he will never give back to the university that got him where he is now.

Beaubois didn't get much playing time last year, which was a big deal in Dallas but not really anywhere else. You'd have to follow the team pretty closely to know who he is. It would be like asking a PAC-10 player for his opinion on whether Mike Ford was getting enough carries.
