In order to assess the quality of Holtz recruits, you really can only consider the 2011 recruits (4 currently committed) and perhaps half a dozen or so of the 2010 class.  The remainder of the 2010 class committed on Leavitt's watch, and most of the 2010 class was actively being courted by the Leavitt regime. 

I think we are putting the cart before the horse right now in trying to assess CSH's recruiting acumen.

gotta agree with Mama the 2011 class is the first one to even BEGIN (most of these kids were still recruited by the CJL regime as underclassmen) to have Holtz's fingerprints on them.

I think it's fair to question Skips ability to recruit even now.  I'd say though that he just won 2 consecutive leasgue championships doing the same and obviously he'll get the three stars USF usually gets, I'd say, really, really soon.  It's obvious to me that he is evalutating players and commiting them based on those evals and the players ability to commit at this time.  All four commits, when it's said and done, will likely be three stars.  Adkins is supposed to be the top player from Pahokee and he's a two?  No way.  Mutt numbers are near, if not, are among the best in the state.  He can run, catch, is smart, and gets a knock for apparently the same reasons.  Again, Vogt has him at a near four.

Suuuure AGB.  And fewer points don't necesssarily mean fewer wins.  You just get kicked in the head?  Leavitt lost 2,3,4 games a year because of penalties, poor focus and composure issues.  Ever hear of slap-gate?  C'mon man.  USF was one of the least disciplined teams in the COUNTRY, not just the BE.

Penalties have nothing to do with winning?  That's like saying commiting more fouls in basketball and making more errors in baseball, that that doesn't really matter.

I may be wrong on this, but I think you are a UCF troll based on your short time on this board, the number of posts where you mention UCF ( I reviewed a few pages of them) and the angles you take on Skip, etc.   Seems like you are trying to get in now, before football season, and then pounce later in the year while posing as a USF fan. 

Let me be the first to call this one.  I've been wrong before a few times, but I can usually detect a troll and I have "outed" a few on this board.
