I dunno, but I was sure he had a work email on the athletics website along with all the other staff. Of course, that's probably been removed by now.  I could be wrong, but I'm more sure than not, that he had one there in the past.

Sure there is, but that doesn't mean he uses it.  Those public email accounts are always read by a junior staffer, and anything important is likely printed out and given to Woolard.

completely agree....that's what people have assistants for...I know in my office, if the big man sends out it's via his assistants, also why he doesn't have a voicemail... ;)

Oh...so what Leavitt's attorney should do is subpeoena everyone's assistants then, right?

it'd probably be wise if he did. ;)

Uh, no.  You've kind of missed the point.  The university email addresses on the website are for junk/fan mail.  They most assuredly do not use them for anything official.  If they are smart, they don't use email for anything important.  The assistants could schedule appointments via email, but that is unlikely to include anything significant.

It IS possible to conduct business without email.  People did it for thousands of years.

mizzou you are over analyzing literally everything about this... you are not a lawyer, you dont know what you are talking about...

who honestly knows what someone saying "woolard and genshaft don't use email" means?

it may mean they don't personally check their own emails...

it may mean they don't use email whatsoever...

it may mean they don't use their work email ever under any circumstances for this exact reason...

it may mean assistants filter out garbage and give important emails directly to them...

every single thing that comes out you try to spin anti-usf... you are so biased that your opinion is absolutely meaningless. most don't care about this anymore, most don't care about leavitt anymore, most don't care about what happens in this case... MOST care about USF and USF athletics performance on the field with our new (and improved i might add) head coach.

Young hatter,

They both use email and are flat out lying.

i dont disagree with that fact that they use email...

im just not going to pretend that i know what the guy meant when he said that. It would be nice for someone to clarify that statement. We probly won't get that tho.

Oh, don't worry, that info will come out because Leavitt's attorneys already have proof both of them use and send emails.

for work or personal?

Young hatter,

They both use email and are flat out lying.

The CEO of our company until two years ago did not use email and did not have a PC on his desk.  He refused to let the company phone be answered by an automated system.

I suggest that you not accuse people of lying when you have the slightest idea what they use or don't use.  You are horrified when someone suggests Leavitt may be less than truthful, but are happy to accuse everyone else in the world of lying when you have far less information.

leavitt's explanation is crazier than someone not using email lol

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
