I think the CFL would be a great start to prove he is healthy.  And he would star making some real $$$$, more than most get paid.

He could then work his way into a back up role on an NFL team where he woudl make even more and probably play for years. 

Matt was always a fighter and didn't let obstacles get in his way.  I think someone will be proud to get him because he has a strong work ethic and he plays smart, and beyond his physical size.  He just needs someone to believe in him and give him a shot.
