USF at Notre Dame game thread

gotta hit FT's  easily the difference in that game... if we hit 80% like we do vs GTown, we win by 5

Anyone else notice that when they were discussing Notre Dame's resume, they list the @USF game as a Key Win?

That's saying something when we are now a Key Win.

We really need them to stumble if we want to get in ahead of them.

Overall great effort. We played tough after we got down what, 20-5 at one point.

I think we could of shot better from the FT line

That's why we will get a bid over them. They have no chance of picking up better wins then we do and them beating us twice won't cut it with the NCAAT selection committee. As long as we take care of business teams like ND and Cincy will finish behind us at the end.

Although the team lost, I am very proud of them.  Down by 15 early to come back and make it a dog fight.

Yah, thought that was pretty sweet!

So I know I should be more upset with USF for not making free throws, but, I hate geting beat by a team the beats you from behind the 3 pt arc. I would rather get properly dominated in the paint and get beat like a man than get beat by a bunch of scared-to-take-it-to-the-rim-cuz-you-cant, sac-less shooting guards. ND is slowly climbing that list of teams I hate right behind Rutgers and UF. Am I the only one?

Always have hated em, their fans' attitudes, and resented their sense of entitlement in the college football world. Also hate it when their stupid games against has-been powers like Washington State get televised nationally on CBS when USF is playing a big conference game.

Glad that contract has come to an end.
