Seems by his comments, that Miller did try to cover, and are going to sue Leavitt for something in regards to putting him ni that position and not stepping up and saying the truth.

I  think the Millers are going to be done with USF after this. Many USF people want this to be over, but bringin in the lawyers will only make this all worse. Hopefully, the Millers are hiring the high profile lawyer because they feel threatened. If they are using this to gain some money then I think most of the USF family will never let the Millers be part of USF again. Just my feelings.

So, is the attorney to get his scholarship put back into place?  I will reserve judgement but this aint right if that is what the attorney is for. 

I was supposed to get a raise.  Then the economy took a dump and I lost my job.  Will an attorney help me get my job back and the raise?  This is the same thing, he was supposed to get the scholarship, instead the coach lost his job and the new coach wants to get the scholarship to his new players.

Barry Cohen basically owns the Tampa courts. I dont know what he has on these judges. Anything that guys asks for  gets done. This is the guy who represented the Aisenbergs.

Look. Leavitt is not the lone actor in this.  We have a lot of bad actors.  Surely, it can be said Leavitt's actions started it, unless like the report states it was Joel's penalty!  We can blame Joel!  Or the Ref!

Look, we all know something happened.  If you read the report you can come to your own conclusions.  But to excuse the actions of the Media, the Millers, Mitchell, Duemig, the Alphabet Gang, and everyone else in the world because Jim Leavitt allegedly erred is ridiculous.

That's like excusing looting in L.A. because the verdict was "wrong".
