Wow, I am not a big Barry Cohen fan. I think he is a scum bag. He usually defends people, so I am not sure what the Miller families's position is right now. Is Leavitt going after someone??

Seems by his comments, that Miller did try to cover, and are going to sue Leavitt for something in regards to putting him ni that position and not stepping up and saying the truth.

Sounds about right. Not sure why they would sue the University when the investigation was thorough and the appropriate action was taken based on the findings.

Would like to see them go after DUImig and McMurphy for draging their name in the mud. DUImig basically has been calling the Miller family cowards in this whole ordeal. I guess DUImig is safe through freedom of speech. Going after Leavitt right now would not be a good thing for him.

Each day, I am growing more and more motivated to finish my MBA at ASU!  Go Devils!

Leavitt did less harm to Miller than what was done and said by Duemig and McMurphy.  Leavitt couldn't "make" him and his dad do ****.

It will be interesting to how the Millers use this 15 minutes of fame.  With Cohen a lawsuit somewhere is most likely in order.

I agree with Brad, this Cohen character is bad news. I hope the Millers dont make this worse than it already is. Look at how many characters this Cohen clown has represented over the years.

As one of my good friends reported, Cohen is "Tampa's most high-profile and expensive legal bulldog."

Doesn't sound like a defense posture since their would be little in the way of damages on the defense.  Sounds like on the offense to me.  What are the thoughts out there?

I dont how they could sue Leavitt. He defended him and flip flopped on the story. I dont think that can really stand in court, but if OJ was found not guilty...

I think theyll go after USF because they have deeper pocket and will more likely settle than leavitt.
