Just heard from a reliable source up here in tally that we will be getting our beloved Lawernce Dawsey back.  The annoucement should come after your Pitt game.  Coach Bowden is changing his coaches around to get Dawsey back in Tally.  Thank you for taking care of him while he was gone but he's coming back to his team.

Your so very true about that.  We are happy to get anyone but we lucked out getting one of our own.  Dawsey just brings alot back to FSU, the great times.  we'll get some big classses in here now with his reputation.

Not to also take anything from LD, but this is part of the game of coaching and this was his first year here, would be a good move for him and we'll just have to UP GRADE  ;D

It is a risk taking LD...I believe his only other coaching has been in high school and as a grad assistant at LSU.  I wish him the best of luck though.

BOUNCE BACK: New receivers coach Lawrence Dawsey is using a tool that helped him earn All-American honors at Florida State to aid the Bulls' receivers.

Six plastic footballs are attached to short elastic ropes that snap back. The footballs are attached to a chain link fence at the practice field.

``It's good for hand-eye coordination,'' Dawsey said. ``The Jugs machine was hurting some of the guys hands. With this, they throw it and can work on high or low [catches].

Now if we only could use those in a game we'd be OK!  ;D
