A BE team can't lose to a CDOA team.  This is very simple.  Rutgers.

Besides being a USF grad, I have a degree from RU. During a USF/RU game I wear both colors. I get some funny looks, but most people ask or figure it out.  I will be proud to wear my Scarlet Red Jersey on Saturday. GO RU!

A low-scoring, ugly game, tie would be nice.

but realistically and reluctantly, I'll pull for our conference

If UCF wins this game we will never hear the end of it.

And we can just point and laugh at their obsessive foolishness if that does happen .... Bowl results are pretyy much meaningless, save for one. There are so many variables that go into them I don't know how Vegas handicaps them .... This is a game Rutgers pretty much didn't want to come to ... They won't even be able to enjoy typical Florida type weather while they're here ... and you know how UCF treats these games BCS opponents ... The emotional advantage will definitely be with the Kaniggits ... and also don't forget that Rutgers got blown out by Syracuse ... This is a very losable game for the Scarlet Knights.

Rutgers.  I root against Rutgers in Big East play but always root for them outside the conference because it helps the conference.  A Rutgers thrashing of UCF would be good just as us thrashing NIU would also be good.  It would establish the Big East far above the mid-majors.  The I want four wins against BCS schools too.  Would love to see Cincy bitchslap UF.

I hate Rutgers, but the BE winning bowl games is good for USF.  I hate Rugers a lot less when we aren't getting ready to play them.
