The channel 8 lady's father said it was Leavitt and "if that kinda of stuff happens on the street, we take the football away."

The father has said the quote was taken out of context.

No it was the footballs fault! Unamed but reliable sources say that the football was thrown, but it had no intentions while it was flying through the air. The reporter was hit in the shoulder, but it was for motivational reasons that will be expressed in her report. BTW the football doesn't need to appologize since it had no intentions, and thought the reporter was hot anyway.
