Wenesday, December 1st. at Richmond will be the first flat tire. They beat Seton Hall (Big East) on the road. The center on their team scored 30 points on the Hall:  Kevin Steenberge C 6-11 235 Jr  

He also had 21 at Elon.

Their other guy, 5-9 guard, Daon Merritt scored 19 on the Hall and 18 on Elon.

If we play and shoot the ball they way we did against Stetson, it is going to be hard for anyone to beat us.  I agree that the December schedule is tough, but we get Capko in the line-up starting the Michigan game so that is another body that can play the point.  This team has the potential to win a lot of game that we shouldnt win.  With that being said, I believe our first loss will be at Michigan.  Although, it will be close, Michigan has a little more firepower than we do.

Shooting like we did isgoing to be tough against a good defensive team... we shot at usf record levels against stetson... don't count on that very often, although that would be awesome if it was the norm.

Richmond will be tough, but i think we can beat them.  Heck, watching Michigan play the other day, i think they are beatable... but its gonna take one hell of a defensive effort on our part.

If we get by richmond, i'm hoping we don't have a letdown in the Mccaffrey classic against Fresno St.

We should be able to get into January with only 2 losses. After that, W's might be hard to come by.

USF should be able to beat B-CC on Tuesday, Miss. Valley State in the McCaffrey tournament, FIU at home, and Texas-Arlington at home.

Our road opponents for the month of December are Richmond, Fresno State (likely opponent in the McCaffrey), at Michigan, and at South Carolina. There is no reason to think USF is better than any of those teams right now.

I think a good goal would be 8-3 going into CUSA play. That would require USF to beat all the minor-conference teams, and win one road game against a good opponent.

No reason to think we are better, but no reason to think we will lose either.  A team that shoots well can pull an upset on any given night.
