Looking at the current schedule versus the 1992 schedule, it's laughable how tough the guys have it now.

I see the guys going 11-1 before the BE schedule.

Then, 1-4, with the first BE win against Rutgers.

Then, 1-4, up to Georgetown.

Then 3-5 to finish out the regular season.

That makes 5 BE wins + 11 non-BE =16 wins. It's a brutal schedule but if the guys can squeeze out a few more wins somewhere, then there's an NIT bid possible. I think 18 wins gets USF an NIT invite. 19 wins will probably get an NCAA bid (maybe).

The Crater and Rivas situations really puts a question mark on how the season will turn out for USF now imo. The team is playing well and I don't see any BE team that should overwhelm the Bulls on the court. Until Heath makes a call on Crater next week and we hear that Rivas has returned to practice, I just to truely know what to say. However this is a topic of guess so I'll say 10-2 non conference(11-1 if Crater were available) and 6-12 BE record(10-8 if the team is completely healthy).

I think we will be 10-2 out of conference.

then..  either 7-9 in the Big East or maybe 8-8.

This is the best team USF has had in 20 years.  Still a long way to go.  I worry about us getting off to a bad start in conference play.

I hope people don't have unrealistic expectations and then call for Heath's head when it doesn't work out the way they wanted.

We haven't started conference games yet.  I saw we get 5-7 wins there, which would be great for our team this year.
